What is the minimum order size?
Ten guests. There is no upper limit — above 100 guests we quote directly so the kitchen can block capacity for your date.
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours for up to 50 guests, forty-eight for up to 100, and seventy-two for larger parties. Earlier is always safer on weekends and during festival season.
Where do you deliver?
Pune City and PCMC. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will confirm serviceability and the delivery fee before you pay.
Is buffet setup included?
Buffet service includes setting up and running the counter at your venue, charged separately from the per-guest menu price. Delivery-only drops off packed food in serving trays.
Can I customise a menu?
Yes. Make Your Own Meal lets you choose dishes course by course. For fully bespoke menus, call us and a chef will build it with you.
Do you cater Jain and no-onion-no-garlic requirements?
We do, with notice. Flag it when you order so the kitchen can prep on separate equipment. Satvik cooking is how this kitchen has always worked, so a no-onion-no-garlic menu is a normal request here rather than a special one.
How is pricing calculated?
Per guest. Your total is the menu rate multiplied by your headcount, plus delivery and GST. Nothing is added after you confirm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, ingredient procurement has usually begun and a partial charge applies. Full terms are on the refunds page.
