What we cater in PCMC

Each one runs to its own timings and its own spread. Pick the occasion and the menu, headcount and notice period are already worked out for it, or browse every occasion we cater.

What it costs in PCMC

₹299₹399

per guest

Depending on the spread. The per-guest rate is the price — there is no package tier to be moved up into.

₹1,200+

delivery

Quoted against your pincode and the size of the order, from the rate card above.

+ GST

on the total

Added at the applicable rate and shown as its own line, so the food and the tax are never blended into one figure.

Everything is costed on headcount. Tell us the date and how many people are coming and the quote follows from those two facts — which is also why a firm headcount is the single most useful thing you can bring to the first call.

Catering in PCMC: your questions

  • What does catering in PCMC cost per guest?

Menus run from ₹299 to ₹399 per guest depending on the spread you pick. Delivery and GST are added on top, and the whole quote is built on your headcount rather than a package price — so thirty guests and three hundred are costed the same way.

  • What is the smallest order you will take?

Ten guests. Above that there is no upper limit worth naming — we cook for parties of ten and for functions of a thousand and more.

  • How much notice do you need for a PCMC booking?

24 hours covers most menus. Larger headcounts and festival dates fill up earlier, so the sooner a date is on the calendar the more of the menu stays open to you. Call and ask — a short-notice date is worth a conversation rather than an assumption.

  • Which parts of PCMC do you deliver to?

We deliver across Pimpri, Pune city (general) and Hinjewadi. Delivery is quoted against your pincode, so if your area is not named above it is still worth calling — the kitchen prices by address, not by a list.

  • How is the delivery charge worked out?

Delivery in PCMC starts at ₹1,200 and is quoted per address. It also scales with the size of the order, because a tray for ten travels differently from a full buffet counter for two hundred. Your quote confirms the exact figure before you commit to anything.

  • Is everything vegetarian?

Every dish we have cooked since 2005 is vegetarian — it is not a menu section, it is the whole kitchen. The cooking is Satvik, no-onion-no-garlic is available on request, and Jain options are available. Tell us which you need when you book and the menu is planned around it.

  • What cuisines can we choose from?

Maharashtrian, Punjabi, Indo-Chinese, Thai, Italian and Hyderabadi. Most parties end up mixing two or three across the courses rather than staying inside one, and the per-guest price does not change because you did.

  • Can you handle a function of several hundred guests?

Yes. Weddings, corporate town halls and festival functions of a thousand guests and more are ordinary work here. What changes at that size is the notice we need and how the food travels, not whether we can do it.

  • Are you licensed?

Yes — FSSAI licence 20240621106141663. It is worth asking any caterer for theirs, and worth checking the number rather than taking the badge on the website for it.

Those two facts settle most of a catering conversation. The kitchen takes calls from 9am to 9pm, every day, and most bookings need 24 hours' notice.
