Our one non-negotiable
We are 100% vegetarian
Every dish on every menu, since 2005 — a principle, not a menu category. No shared grills, no shared surfaces, no exceptions, no asterisks. And it is cooked the Satvik way: light, fresh, made the morning it is served, with a full no-onion-no-garlic menu for pujas and temple functions.

Plan by occasion
Tell us what you are hosting
A puja eats differently to a birthday, and a kitty party eats differently again. Pick the occasion and we will tell you what to put out, how much of it, and what it comes to.
Birthday party
Starters that keep coming, one gravy everyone recognises.
Birthdays run late and eat in waves — people graze on starters for an hour before anyone touches a plate. The mains matter less than having enough of the first two things you put out, and something cold at the end.

What to put on the buffet
- Starters
- Paneer tikka, Hara bhara kebab, Cheese corn rollOrder these at 1.5× your headcount
- Mains
- Paneer butter masala, Veg kolhapuri, Dal makhani
- Rice and breads
- Jeera rice, Butter naan, Kulcha
- Dessert
- Gulab jamun or an ice-cream counter
What hosts get wrong
Half your guests arrive an hour late and eat only starters. Under-ordering starters is the single most common birthday mistake — mains almost never run out.
Menus we would suggest
Punjabi and Indo-Chinese spreads, because they carry the starter count a birthday needs.

Worth adding
Ice-cream counter. Runs from cake-cutting to close. Kids come back three times.
Welcome mocktails. Buys you the twenty minutes before the food is out.
Cake table setup. Cloth, stands and cutlery for a cake you bring yourself.
By cuisine
Pick a cuisine, then pick how far you want to go
Every cuisine comes in tiers. The difference between them is dish count, not corner-cutting.

Why Quantity Kitchens
The parts of catering that usually go wrong
Food that survives the journey
Menus are built for buffet service, so what leaves the kitchen is what your guests actually eat.
Ten guests to a thousand
The same kitchen handles a kitty party and a company town hall. Your headcount sets the price, nothing else.
Six cuisines, one order
Maharashtrian, Punjabi, Indo-Chinese, Thai, Italian and Hyderabadi — mix them across one event.
Buffet setup handled
The counter is set up with the food, run through your event, and the space is left as we found it.
Hygiene you can audit
FSSAI-compliant prep, sealed transport and temperature control from kitchen to counter.
Allergens declared upfront
Every dish lists its allergens before you add it, not after your guests ask.
Masala ground, not bought
Our spice blends are roasted and ground in-house to the same proportions we have used for 21 years. It is the difference you cannot name but can taste.
Reviews
What hosts tell us afterwards
5.0 average from 4 recent hosts
Twenty guests, one buffet, zero stress. The food arrived hot, the counter was set up properly, and hygiene was clearly taken seriously. Ordering online took two minutes.
Rakesh Rathod
House party, 20 guests
We booked them for an office event and they cleared the bar comfortably. Genuine variety across cuisines, every dish fresh, and their food-safety standards held up to scrutiny.
Neha Rathi
Corporate event
They ran our anniversary dinner end to end. Starters through mains, the buffet service never dropped a beat. I have already recommended them twice.
Shaiba K.
Anniversary celebration
Fifteen guests with fifteen opinions, and the menu options covered all of them. Delivery landed on time and hot. We are booking again next month.

Questions
Answered before you have to ask
Still unsure about something? Call us — most bookings are settled in one conversation.
What is the minimum order size?
Ten guests. There is no upper limit — above 100 guests we quote directly so the kitchen can block capacity for your date.
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours for up to 50 guests, forty-eight for up to 100, and seventy-two for larger parties. Earlier is always safer on weekends and during festival season.
Where do you deliver?
Pune City and PCMC. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will confirm serviceability and the delivery fee before you pay.
Is buffet setup included?
Buffet service includes setting up and running the counter at your venue, charged separately from the per-guest menu price. Delivery-only drops off packed food in serving trays.
Can I customise a menu?
Yes. Make Your Own Meal lets you choose dishes course by course. For fully bespoke menus, call us and a chef will build it with you.
Do you cater Jain and no-onion-no-garlic requirements?
We do, with notice. Flag it when you order so the kitchen can prep on separate equipment. Satvik cooking is how this kitchen has always worked, so a no-onion-no-garlic menu is a normal request here rather than a special one.
How is pricing calculated?
Per guest. Your total is the menu rate multiplied by your headcount, plus delivery and GST. Nothing is added after you confirm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, ingredient procurement has usually begun and a partial charge applies. Full terms are on the refunds page.
Planning something bigger than 100 guests?
Large parties are quoted directly so we can block kitchen capacity for your date and price the service properly. Tell us the date and headcount and we will come back within the hour.
