Birthdays run late and eat in waves — people graze on starters for an hour before anyone touches a plate. The mains matter less than having enough of the first two things you put out, and something cold at the end.

What hosts get wrong
Half your guests arrive an hour late and eat only starters. Under-ordering starters is the single most common birthday mistake — mains almost never run out.

Budgeting a birthday party
Birthday party: the questions we are asked
How many guests is a birthday party usually?
Most run to 20–80 guests, and 40 is the headcount we plan around by default. Tell us yours and the spread is scaled to it rather than to a package size.
What does catering a birthday party cost?
Menus run ₹299–₹399 per guest, so 40 guests works out around ₹11,960–₹15,960 on the food, with delivery and GST on top. That is an indication rather than a quote — the quote follows once we have your date, headcount and menu.
How much notice do you need?
24 hours' notice for this one. Sooner is better for weekend and festival dates, which fill first.
When is it served, and how?
Evening, 7pm onwards. Buffet setup advised.
What do people get wrong about a birthday party?

Planning more than one function?
Ready to book the birthday?
Send us the date and a rough headcount. We will confirm kitchen capacity, adjust the menu to your budget, and hold the slot while you check with the family.
